Christmas has started...

We are getting into the festive spirit! The little people woke up to email messages from Father Christmas this morning, I had this link on-line where if you fill in their details, hair colour, name, eye colour, what they would like from FC, etc, etc, they mail a video to you of FC talking to your child incorporating all the info you have listed. Sam was not that fussed by it but Daisy nearly fell off her chair in exictment when he opened his book and he had a photo of her in it and her name, etc. Such a cute thing to do.

It was then off to school and playgroup for the little people. In the afternoon Sam and I got the Christmas decorations out of the loft and had lots of fun looking to see what we had. Sam was a fantastic help and carried the fake tree we have in to the kitchen ready for him and Daisy to decorate when she got in from school.

After a snack of a chelsea bun and a glass of milk they got straight on with the decorating, my little lady is not bad either. She was taking the more co-odinated approach where Sam was taking the more just throw it on approach. Anyway they were so chuffed with their tree and Sam wanted to keep turning the lights out, cover our eyes and then open then shouting wow - he seemed to love this. He couldnt wait to show his Daddy as soon as he walked through the door from work.

I think Daisy was tired from her day at school as not much excitement was coming from her but she did sit at the kitchen table and write her christmas cards to all her class friends.

When Daddy got home we went to... see next post
