Sammy boy decided to wake up nice and early this morning...5am! That was a shocker. Daddy got up with him (I did not even know they were up, if it was me not being a morning person he would have been given some milk and toys in his cot)! Daddy then came back to bed at 7.00am and I got up and Sam and I cut the front hedge and tidied the front garden and then washed my car all by 7.45am. Daddy left for work and then unfortunately the urge to carry on didn't last so Sam went down for a nap and Daisy and I pottered around the house.
As we are having a new bathroom fitted next week I needed to run some errands and pick up the tiles, towel rail, etc so thankfully Nanny Maureen came and took the little people out on an adventure. I heard they went on the open top bus up to Devils Dyke for ice cream and had lots of fun. Daisy kept everyone entertained on th ebus home with her singing.
I managed to get all the bits I needed to do and Laura and Ollie popped round with a supply of wedding cake and a beautiful bunch of flowers which was a thank you for helping with their wedding. The little people returned and we all chilled in the garden munching on scrummy cake before Nanny very kindly offered to stay for a few hours whilst Tim and I went to the movies to see Mamma Mia.
