It was a nice start to the day as Tim did not have to leave until mid morning for work. Mind you whilst he was with Daisy and Sam I decided to paint Daisy's small wooden table and chairs as they were grubby. Tim went off to work and whilst Sam was having a nap the painting then progressed to the kitchen where I ended up going over all the white paint work - which is quite a large area. Daisy was rescued by Nanny Maureen and taken on an adventure where they played on the beach and then went on a ride on a bus with no roof! She came home with her first 'Hot Dog' which she was quite upset about at first as she did not want to eat a dog but then went on to throughly enjoying eating it once Nanny Maureen explained what it was.
Sammy boy stayed home with me. He did lots of standing on his own and shouting and we did some climbing and crawling in the garden until another plumber came to give us a quote for replacing our bathroom. It will be interesting to see how these quotes turn out.
It is now 9.08pm and the little people have been sound asleep for the past two hours, Tim is in London having a drink with his pals and I am just chilling.
