turned up to fix our leaky shower, after half an hour and not able to find the leak, he decided to hack our kitchen ceiling apart to then tell me that it was the grout round the wall tiles by the shower. So now we have a shower that we still cannot use and a whole in the kitchen ceiling! Drastic action was needed - we need a new bathroomso after visits from two more plumbers we should have some quotes by the end of the week.
The excitment didn't stop there it was then off to the supermarket for some supplies, although this was more enjoyable as Nanny Maureen joined us and took Daisy and Sam off for ice cream whilst I whizzed around. Then it was off to the tip to drop off the garden waste - I told you it was an exciting day!
Thankfully Nanny Anne and Grandad Frank showed up to shower lots of attention on the little people. Sam loved being pushed round the garden in the pink mobile and Daisy had great fun playing ball with her Nanny Anne. After a family dinner, the little people were put to bed by their Daddy and grand parents whilst I dashed to a meeting about helping to organise the church fair.
