After many hours of practising her dance routine, it was time for Daisy's leavers assembly. She will be leaving her infant school to move on to Junior school. Some of you may remember we were not initally happy with our school allication for Daisy three years ago but actually things worked out really well. The school turned out to be great for her and from the very first day the girls have been friends, their little group of Daisy, Liberty, Florence, Imogen, Nancy, Jelena and Jess. It hasnt been plan sailing there has been fall outs, arguments of who is who's friend but at the end of the day they are their little group and it brings tears to my eyes writing this now that they will all be seperated by going off to different schools. Next Friday is the last day.
This morning we had leavers assembly where they show what they have learnt through dance routines, Daisy was leading the street dance (not quite sure what this representsin terms of learning) team and she did a fantastic job, we are so very proud of you Daisy pops.
After all the dancing and singing it was certificate time and photo opportunity. A lot of tears were shed by the mum's today, dreading next Friday ;(
