General round up

Over view of what has been happening in the life of the Parker's:

Car - we sadly said goodbye to our lovely renault senic last week. Many happy memories but we had run it into the ground and was bearly making it to the top of our road. Awaiting delivery of our new car, a Mazda 5 only a few more days to wait, meanwhile we have been walking every where and getting lifts where we can.

Tim - not much news on the Timmy boy front. He has booked his snowboarding for next season and is still spending his spare hours in a skatepark!

Samuel - the little fella has grown so much recently, so tall obviously gets his height from his mummy ;) He will be leaving playgroup next Friday to start school in September. My little fella is not a baby anymore :( He is loving the Cars movie, cooking with his mummy and hanging out at the skate park with Daddy.

Daisy - still loving her dancing and is going to start doing compeitions (her request not ours). She was meant to be going to the same school as Samuel in September but we have been offered a place at one of the best schools in Brighton for her which is a nightmare for me as I have two school runs across town but fantastic Daisy has a place (Samuel is on the waiting list). She had her settling in day on Monday and had a great time and one of her old best friends from playgroup is in her class so she is happy although next Friday is going to be emotional when she leaves her infant school. She has come on fantastically at school this year.

Mummy/me/Fiona - Well the past four months of my life have been work, work, work, housework, and more work but it has gone quiet and the past two weeks have been really nice, dinner / lunches with friends, went to see Take That in concert, generally relaxing and taking time to do things for myself and being with the little people unfortunately the housework fairy has not been so that has not been so nice but you cannot have everything.

House - generally a mess at the moment with a huge to do list: Fix leaks in kitchen, Paint kitchen, New carpet in hall way, paint hallway, replace doors understairs cupboard... the list goes on and on! Hay hoo.
