Today I dropped the little people off at school / playgroup and went over to Eastbourne to meet my best friend Angela. Unusually I am not working at the moment so I thought it was time for a girly day.
I arrived late morning and we stopped off. for tea and cake, did a spot of shopping before stopping off for lunch and then sitting on the beach chatting for a few hours. It was so nice to spend time with Angela without our husbands or little people butting in on our conversations and just being able to browse around the shops with no rush to get back. Great day with a great friend.
