Our usual Bank Holiday Monday walk

There was major excitement in the Parker household this morning as we were heading out in Uncle Murphy And Aunty Jo's Betty Bongo (which I now realise we do not have a pic of the outside of Betty with her new graphics).

Murphy drove us to Pevensey Bay where we stopped off at the car boot for a quick look around and it was quick as there was a disappointing amount of car boots, about 15 anyway I still managed to score an antique mirror for Daisy's room at a reasonable £3 which I will paint and some china for tea cups. We then made our way to the beach for our picnic but it was so windy, thankfully Betty Bongo came to the resue when Murphy turned the seats into a dining area so we all got to eat snug as a bug before heading off for our walk to Pevensey Castle. On the way home we stopped off at the ice cream parlour in Eastbourne which the little and the big people loved.

We had a great day, it was really nice to travel all together in the Bongo and even better I didnt have to drive so a really relxing day.
