The school Christmas fair is finally here. This year I am organising Sam's playgroup one and Daisy's school one. Having been quite poorly the past few weeks it has been hard work but thankfully I have had lots of help.
Sam's one was yesterday and went really well, I set it all up on Wed night but unfortunately didnt feel well enough to go. Today was Daisy's one and it has been a manic but a good day. As usual it was the same parents helping out. We did it after school and had loads of attractions, Little Donkey in the playground, grotto, stocking tree, raffle, refreshments, carol singing, crafts, the usual stuff and we raised a fantastic £1,700 profit which I am really pleased with.
Nanny Maureen was brillant and looked after Sam, Daisy was super excited as she got to go round the fair on her own (but had to keep checking in with me). After a days hard work we headed home for a fish'n'chip suppa. Sorry no photos, far too busy!!
