Happy Birthday Daddy & Raspberry picking

Today was Daddy's birthday, so over breakfast was the traditional Parker family present giving and thankfully daddy was very happy with his presents. Whilst Daddy went off to work we had Daisy's swimming lesson first and then we picked her school friend Nancy up and off we went to meet some of her other school friends at Tulley's Farm to do some fruit picking. The little people had a great time picking raspberries and blackberries. We had a quick break for lunch and it poured with rain! Thankfully the rain soon stopped so we managed to have a couple of hours in the farm playground and picked some sunflowers before heading home for some more playtime in the garden and tea.

It was a mad dash to bake Daddy's birthday cake, get the birthday dinner ready for the big people and tea for the little people. After Nancy was picked up, Nanny Anne and Grandad arrived, followed by Cala, Aunty Jo, Uncle Murphy and finally Nanny Maureen for Daddy's birthday dinner.
