Sun, swimming and pina colada's

We landed at Pisa airport late Saturday night and headed straight for our accommodation after picking up our hire car. We arrived just after midnight at the campsite in Figline, Tuscany and as it was complete darkness we were not sure of what we had arrived too but what a lovely surprise we got when we woke up on Sunday morning. We had booked a three bedroom mobile home which was lovely and clean with lots of room, it is set in a vineyard with the old barn turned into a small supermarket, bar, restaurant, etc and has two pool complexes (one at the top and one at the bottom of te vineyard with lots of slides, etc for the children plus it was hot hot hot! First three days were spent hanging out round the pool, going down lots of slides and consuming lots of food and drink.

Sam joins Daddy for a drink. Daddy was very pleased to find that one of the restaurants has a little park right next to the patio so he could enjoy his morning coffee whilst the little people played.
Daisy and Daddy coming down the lazy river that actually wasnt so lazy when you got to the bends and nearly got thrown off your inflatable ring (well you do if you are Daddy but Mummy manages to stay on)!
One of the other slides that Daisy loved

Between 4pm and 7pm was cocktail hour. Beer and cocktails at very special prices (their words) so Daddy enjoyed one or two pina colada's most days!

Sam tucking into lunch after a morning of swimming. He did end up wearing quite a bit of it!

The walk back to our accommodation from the top pool (took about five minutes)

Daisy could not believe her luck when she found out there was baby disco every night at 8.30pm. They had an open air theatre where four of the camp workers got up and did dance routines with the children for half an hour. Daisy was in her element as you can see first night she is at the front waving her arms (purple dress)
