How far did we walk?

Today we went for a walk across the South Downs with Uncle Murphy, Aunty Jo and Cousin Cala.

We started our walk by admiring the many cows!

Uncle Murphy hanging out with the moo moo's

Our first stop, a war memorial

Daisy being lifted over the electric fence

Aunty Jo going under the electric fence

Jo and Sam hiding in the wheat field

Who didn't wear suitable footwear.... Calaaaaa

Nearly there...

Another lovely view on our travels

Wey Hay, after two hours walking we arrived at the Jack & Jill pub for a well earned lunch and rest

It is all too much for Sam and he has a rest at the bottom of the slide

After a debate of shall we walk home or get the bus, the bus won as the thought of having to carry Sam most of the way if we walked as we did not have his buggy was too much!
We had a great day out with the Ireland's and all arrived home very tired. When we got home the little people played and Daddy went off to Milton Keynes snowboarding. It was then time for dinner, bath and bed for us at home.
