Our little lady leaves playgroup

This morning was Daisy's leaving party at playgroup as she is going to big school in September. She has been going for two to three mornings a week since September 2006. She has always really enjoyed going and has made lots of friends - the usual gang up to some tricks are Honour, Olivia, Nacy, Kacy May and Laila.

The party kicked off with some fun and games finished off with lunch and their presentation of their reports and work.

I am chairman of the playgroup so have been involved with fund raising and helping them generally for the past two years so it has been a big part of our lives. The good thing is Sammy Boy starts there for two mornings a week in October so it was not a final goodbye. Although when Daisy said goodbye to Sue both Sue and I started crying! Daisy looked at us as if to say 'what's wrong'. I have asked her if she is sad about leaving but she says I will still see them when we take Sammy boy, I don't have the heart to tell her she is going to be at school when I take him!
