Wedding dress shopping

Oh la la, today was trying on wedding dresses day... not for me but the lovely Cala Wala Woo Woo. My sister's Jo and Debby, Cala, her future mother in law Dee, Maid of Honour Hannah, her aunty vivenne and me, the Mother of the Bridesmaid ;) boarded the London bound train this morning.

First stop was Selfridges at Oxford Street where we had a little look at the Christmas decs, nothing exciting to report before our first fitting at House of Fraser, we sat waiting for the big reveal the first meringue... unfortunately I cannot say anymore as the groom / other wedding guests might read this so you will have to wait until the day to find out more! Note to readers; no decision was made or dress purchased today.

After lots of laughs, wow's and tears we stopped for a spot of lunch before heading over to Harvey Nics for afternoon tea... ok we did stop off in a few shops on the way to let our lunch go down before tea. It was then on to Harrods to check out Mother of the Bride hats and the Christmas dept and boy they did not disappoint with their decorations, I did not want to leave. We also popped by the wedding boutique which was fully booked for that day and with someone paying their final balance of £15, 495 I guess it was a little out of our price range.
