Chocolate Dip plate & The Rockery

I treated the little people by taking them off to the fabulous Choccywoccydoodah Cafe in town this morning to have a Chocolate dipping plate. Choccywoccyoodah has it's own show on Living and years ago I had a cake from there for my birthday and although it looked fantastic it didn't taste great but thankfully things have changed and they now look as good as they taste and boy they have some fantastic creations. Anyway back to our dipping plate, we ordered a white chocolate truffle milkshake and a chocolate dipping plate for 2 - which thankfully was sufficient for us chocolate lovers. It was delicious and certainly worth it even if I left feeling slightly sick!

I thought I would then show them where I sometimes went to play in my school holidays, the Rockery by Preston Park. It is quite surreal that you have the main A23 road running between a large beautiful park and the rockery. There isnt a huge amount to do at the Rockery it is on a slop and you climb up stone steps inbetween the trees and flowers, zig zagging across the bridges and over the stepping stones. The little people loved it and we spent over an hour exploring and look for fairies. It is still a beautiful place to go but it is a shame the council doesnt give it as much love and attention as when they did when I was small.
