Surprise - Sat 13th March

This morning was the usual Saturday routine of football and dancing for the little people. After lunch we headed off to Gunwharf Queys for a spot of retailer therapy. Whilst the Parker ladies shopped the Parker boys went up the Pinnacle Tower, we all then met up for a spot of early suppa in Wagama's, unfortunately true to form Samuel wouldn't eat anything but he was happy watching the boats go by whilst we all tucked in to tasty noodles and rice.

We then made our way to Uncle Carl's for Aunty Gill's surprise 50th birthday party (I cannot believe that my sister in law is 50 - where does the time go?)

At 6.30pm we shouted Surprise and she was surprised and pleased (thankfully). After a relaxing evening of catching up with my brothers, sisters and nieces, eating and drinking lots we made our way back to Brighton. The little people were asleep before we left Carl's road - a good night was had by all - I hear very good for Uncle Murphy and Uncle Carl.

I had a great day today as it is the first time in a long time that I have not had to work, I got to hang out with my man and little people (who were so well behaved), go shopping, eat out and then spend the evening with my family.
