This morning we were up and out early (well for me on a Saturday), Daisy had dancing and Samuel football. Normally Tim takes Samuel to football but as he is away snowboarding I got to do it this morning and it was so nice to see, even though he moans that he does not want to go as soon as he is there he loves it charging around with the ball and today he saved two really good goals - that's my boy (he also got his arsed kicked by a girl on the other team but I wont mention that too much)!
After football we met Nanny Maureen and Daisy for breakfast before going into town as we had some purchases to make. We walked into town from Nanny's checking out the Saturday markets and a quick stopp in Krispy Kreme for a re-fueling break (Ohhh just remembered got leftovers in my bag, will be making a cup of tea in a mo to go with that).
Daisy then nearly burst with excitement when she saw that Waterstones had the Rainbow Fairy book that she has been desperate for - it was so nice to see her so excited about reading. We then got Samuel a boot bag for football to which he replied 'I'm a grown up now I have this bag'
Daisy thinks she is now a really good shopper as she paid for the book on her own and the lady on the cash desk commented how polite she was, I have never seen her smile so much.
We then got the last piece of Daisy's outfit for Charlie's wedding before heading home on the bus to Nanny's to pick up my car.
This afternoon has been spent chilling as we were all shattered. We are now waiting for Nanny Maureen to come over as I am going on Kimberly's hen night tonight with the rest of the girls in the family.
