Now is it me or has Christmas started early this year? I admit I have used the saying 'Remember Father Christmas is watching' to my two little people when they are playing up.and I have wrapped my presents and written my cards ready to post but I do have a lot in on December what with two little people, their various plays, panto's, parties to attend and two christmas fairs to organise without my own social calendar!!
But last night the Santa bus came down our road, last year it was two weeks before Chrismas but the 3rd of December... that's too early. Unfortunately we missed it, well we saw the back of the bus all lit up but didn't see Santa.
Also a lot of my friends have already put their trees up and driving around town I have seen loads of people buying trees - what is going on, surely it used to all happen two weeks before but now it seems the end of November/beginning of December.
Now I am not moaning about Christmas as I love Christmas but I do think a month is a rather long run up to the big day itself and how do you keep that lovely Christmas feeling going that long?
