Run Fi Fi and Cala

Not only was today Samuel and Carl's birthday but it was race day for Cala and I. It is our first ever 10k race and I am pleased to say that we finished it in 58 minutes and 07 seconds - great result as our target was to just finish the race in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
