Durr mummy forgot the camera

This morning Tim was up early to have a play at the skate park before it got busy. Around midday we then headed over to Blackberry Wood to meet up with John and Elaine and their three boys who were camping there. We also found Frank and Sophie and their three boys which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately our summer has disappeared the past week and we have had days of rain and today was no different. We decided to walk through the woods, all the little people were fantastic and got completely covered in mud espically Sam and Daisy. Sam walked most of the way and spent the rest of the time on Daddy's shoulders. We walked through woods, corn and wheat fields - there was some excellent photo opportunites but I forgot my camera!! After a long walk we returned back to camp to enjoy a bacon buttie late lunch.

It was then time to return home as we had nanny Maureen and Nan and Grandad coming for dinner. After a quick wash down, change of clothes the grand parents then arrived. Sam was very pleased to see his Grandad and got his railway track out so they could play. After a big surf and turf feast, the little people in bed and the grandparents on the way home we got to chill out in front of the tv! Bliss!
