The parents return

Its typical we go away for one night and the little people decide to get up late - 8am, what's that all about. Whilst Daisy and Sam hung out with Nanny Maureen, Tim and I had breakfast at the Wolseley (www.thewolseley.com) which was fantastic. I would recommend it, the decor is stunning and the food delicious. Well worth it for a special treat. We then spent a couple of hours wondering round London and got the little people and nanny a small gift each. It was great having some time to ourselves and we had lots of fun but we did miss Daisy and Sam and couldn't wait to get home by mid afternoon, so we headed back on the train.

They were both pleased to see us, although daisy gave Tim the quiet treatment for a bit as if to say "where have you been".

After dropping Nanny Maureen off, we came home and played abit before it was time for dinner, bath, cuddles and bed.
