It's party time

Today was the big day for the little lady's High School Musical 5th birthday party. Daddy and Aunty Jo dressed up as wildcats and along with Cala did a fantastic job of keeping the children entertained. It was hot so things were taken at a slower pace than planned.

After the party Uncle Murphy very kindly put Daisy's birthday present together with the help of Daddy and Kelly's boyfriend, Wayne. So a huge THANK YOU to them. The rest of the afternoon was spent in the paddling pool, bouncing and eating!

A big THANK YOU to all those that gave cards and presents, the little lady was very spoilt.

Conga to lunch

I have never known 16 children to be so quiet over lunch, I think it must have been the heat taking its toll that or the excitment!

The day in between

Today we hung out at home this morning as we had a party in the afternoon plus it is Daisy's birthday party tomorrow so we have been busy preparing for that. As the weather was so great we just chilled in the garden, playing in the paddling pool before going to Carys and Aston's party. Aunty Angela and Alan then came over for the evening and we had a nice relaxing dinner whilst watching Britain's Got Talent finals.

Our little lady is five

Daisy pops is five today, where does the time go. First it was family cuddle time in bed before we came down for the birthday breakfast and present opening. Daisy had her chocolate crossiants and lots of presents from Mummy, Daddy and Samuel - her big present was a 10ft trampoline for the garden which she was very excited about plus lots of high school musical things!

Nanny maureen then came and whisked Sam off whilst Daisy and I went to get supplies for her birthday tea this afternoon and her party on Sunday, we then hung out at home and I painted her finger nails and toe nails for the very first time. Although Daisy did declare on the way home in the car that she thought everyone in the supermarket thought she was Hannah Montanna because of her new clothes and HM hat and one little girl even waved at her!!!!

5.30pm it was birthday tea time, Nanny Maureen, Nanny Anne, Grandad Frank, Cala, Kelly Elsie Tilly and our neighbour Marie all came over and the little people had loads of fun in the paddling pool. Daisy treated us to a speech! There was party food, cake, presents and lots of singing of Happy Birthday.
